El Congreso del Estado inici\u00f3 los trabajos de la Comisi\u00f3n Permanente que corresponden al receso del primer periodo de sesiones del segundo a\u00f1o legislativo, espacio donde se desahogaron importantes pronunciamientos y se emiti\u00f3 la declaratorio de aprobaci\u00f3n al decreto 267 en materia del derecho al cuidado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La Comisi\u00f3n Permanente est\u00e1 integrada por los representantes de las diferentes fuerzas pol\u00edticas y que entre sus atribuciones se encuentra, acordar por s\u00ed o a pedimento del Ejecutivo, la celebraci\u00f3n de per\u00edodos extraordinarios de sesiones del Congreso; recibir las iniciativas de ley y turnarlas para su estudio y dictamen a las comisiones legislativas que corresponda, adem\u00e1s de realizar el c\u00f3mputo de los votos recibidos respecto de reformas a la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Estado y realizar la declaratoria correspondiente, entre otras.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
